• 1. Photocopy of passport

  2. Photocopy of Academic Transcripts including final average grade. Undergraduate students must proof that they have succesfully completed at least one year of studies at higher education level.
  
  3. Curriculum vitae Europass Model (link)

  4. Letter of motivation (not exceeding 2.000 characters). For Target Group 2 the letter will need to justify how this study period abroad will benefit them and their direct socio-economical environment.
• 
  5. Certificate of degree obtained
• 
  6. Target Group 1: proof of being registered at one of the partner institutions.
• 
  7. Target Group 2: Two letters of support, preferably from academics or other persons who have had an academic or work relation with the applicant.
• 
  8. Research Plan (Doctorates and Postdoctorates only).
• 
  9. Plan of Academic activities to do at the host University (only for teaching staff mobility).
• 
  10. Language certificates.
• 
  11. If applicable, proof of your economical disadvantaged situation.
• 
  12. Any other documentation you might consider appropriate.
