APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The deadline of the application within the Erasmus Mundus VECCEU is:
September 1st - October 16th, 2009.

In order to apply for a grant, you must take the following steps:

• 1. Check that you comply the General Requirements.
• 
  2. Look over the Academic Offer of partner institutions.
• 
  3. Once you know the programme of study you are interested in, you must fill in the on-line Application Form (available September 1st). You can choose a maximun of 3 options in order of preferences. This application form must be filled in English.
• 
  4. You must enclose the required documents. If you are applying for a non-Spanish speaking university, it is highly recommended that you provide a translation into English of the documents.
• 
  5. Send the on-line application
• 
  6. Candidates from Target Group 1 must print the application after having sent it on-line and give in a paper copy to the contact person at each of the Partner Institutions together will all the required documentation.
• Please, do not forget that if you do not give in the paper copy to the contact person within the deadline your application will not be valid.
• 
  7. Candidates from Target Group 2 and Target Group 3 will not have to give in paper copy, they only have to send it on-line.
