TARGET GROUP 2	Students from institutions not included in the partnership and professionals working in public administration, public and private enterprises.	master doctorate post-doctorate	only Chile, Cuba, Ecuador and Venezuela
TARGET GROUP 3	Individuals in particularly vulnerable situations, for political or economic reasons or because of physical disabilities	undergraduate master doctorate post-doctorate	only Chile, Cuba, Ecuador and Venezuela

Please, note that no European or Latin-American student or academic staff can benefit from more than one mobility activity within the same project.

Mobility flows for student and academic staff between the European or between Latin-American institutions involved in the project is not eligible.
